Shipping
Here’s how it works: you order, we paint, pack and then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Painting and packing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm AEST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Orders are shipped via Canada Post for domestic and international orders.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to liase with Canada Post.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been entered and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
Tracking
All customers will be provided with tracking details, Beep will not be able to track items on behalf of customers. All customers must liaise directly Canada Post
Customs
International customers need to be aware that Custom Department of your country will charge you all applicable customs and duty fees on your order.
