Welcome to Beep!  When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions.  We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these terms.

Return Policy

All products are checked prior to posting, should a product be faulty, Beep Bicycle Bells will replace the goods, we don't exchange if it is simply a change of mind.

Due to demand, we are typically dispatching orders in 3 business days. Your patience is appreciated. For wholesale orders please see our wholesale page.

Orders are shipped via Fastway courier for domestic and Australia Post for International.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to liase with Fastway or Australia Post.

If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced in transit, please contact us and we will sort it out.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been entered and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be changed the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

All customers will be provided with tracking details, Beep Bicycle Bells will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.  All customers must liaise directly with Fastway or Australia Post


International customers need to be aware that customs of your country will charge customs on all orders.
